45m² apartment on the 2nd floor in the Psyri area featuring two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room (extra sheets included in the wardrobe), a small but fully equipped bathroom and a basic kitchen with electric hobs. There are a total of 3 HDTVs (streaming service accounts not provided). There is suitable sleeping space for up to 6 people. Only a short walk from Ermou, Monastiraki & Thissio.
The small but fully equipped bathroom has 24h hot water, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel combo, hand soap, 1 bath towel and 1 guest towel per person. There ‘s a small kitchen that includes a microwave, electric hobs and a NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto coffee maker ☕ (capsules are not provided). The fridge/freezer is located in the living room. Also included will be a starter pack of Greek coffee powder, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil. In the summer months, blankets are not provided. Instead, we provide a sheet covering. This is common practice in Greece during the summer. The flat is equipped with A/C and a thermostat. In the wardrobe you ‘ll find hangers, an iron and a hair dryer. We have tested the WiFi 🛜 to a confirmed speed of up to 15Mbps.
SPECIAL FEATURES
On the ground floor you ‘ll find a shared washing machine (€4 per use). The 1st floor includes an area with lockable luggage storage and a shared gym 💪 that is free to use for all our guests. On the top floor you can experience our spectacular shared rooftop terrace and lavish lounge!

Metro Journeys: 🚇
-Athens Airport: ✈️ 56 – 91 min and €10 per person. You ‘ll have to walk about 5 – 10 min to reach the Metro from the Airport terminal, crossing the street outside the building and taking an escalator to the station. Trains are every 30 min. Take the train and get off at Monastiraki station. From there, its a 10 minute walk to the listing.
-Piraeus port 🚢: 35 – 50 min and costs €2 per person (05:00 – 00:30). You ‘ll have to walk from your gate and cross the street via the footbridge to reach the Piraeus Metro station (10 min). Once again get off at Monastiraki. Its only a 10 minute walk from there.

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our 4 day stay at Sokol’s flat. The building has been recently renovated and the apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. We loved the location as it was an easy walk to Psirri square (so many great restaurants) and Monastiraki square. Communication with Sokol and his team was amazing. From the time we booked, we were given clear instructions on accessing the apartment, a list of local restaurants/attractions as well as the option of booking a taxi from the airport. Highly recommend staying here!

Sokol was very responsive and did not hesitate to inquire for example to find out where to leave our rental car. We felt that if we had any problems we could count on him. He thought of everything, even a solution to leave the luggage on the day of departure. The explanations he gives are very clear. Her apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was in perfect working condition. At the top of the building we also have a view of the Parthenon , particularly beautiful at night. The neighborhood is in full renewal but it’s quiet, far enough from boulevards and restaurants to be quiet but is well located for walking to the sites to visit. We’d go back without a second thought. Our young teenager also enjoyed having access to Netflix, with each bedroom and living room being on a TV .

Great place, close to all the attractive places of the city, restaurants and bars. The place was clean and organized and the host responded very fast to our questions. The only strange thing was that the toilet is in the shower and it is inconvince. Rather than that the place was great and highly recommended.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was a close walk to a bunch of markets and had delicious Greek restaurants near by. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

I stayed two nights in two different apartments which were just great! Spotless , comfortable, and mostly quiet even though it was in a weird neighborhood! Many wrote that the neighborhood wasn’t the best but our homes provided safety ! The entrance was very secure as well as the rooms! The rooms are also very close to the center with parking for the car right across the street! At the entrance of the building there was a water machine, etc. something that took you out of the difficult position in the middle of the night to go out looking for a kiosk! I will definitely visit the apartments again!
