25m² apartment on the 3rd floor in the Psyri area featuring one double bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a full kitchen with electric hobs. There ‘s an HDTV (streaming service accounts not provided) and suitable sleeping space for up to 2 people. Only a short walk from Ermou, Monastiraki & Thissio.
The bathroom has 24h hot water, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel combo, hand soap, 1 bath towel and 1 guest towel per person. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, a microwave, electric hobs and a NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules are not provided). Also included will be a starter pack of Greek coffee powder, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil. In the summer months, blankets are not provided. Instead, we provide a sheet covering. This is common practice in Greece during the summer. The flat is equipped with A/C and a thermostat. In the wardrobe you ‘ll find hangers, an iron and a hair dryer. We have tested the WiFi 🛜 to a confirmed speed of up to 15Mbps.

On the ground floor you ‘ll find a shared washing machine (€4 per use). The 1st floor includes an area with lockable luggage storage and a shared gym 💪 that is free to use for all our guests. On the top floor you can experience our spectacular shared rooftop terrace and lavish lounge!

Metro Journeys: 🚇
-Athens Airport: ✈️ 56 – 91 min and €10 per person. You ‘ll have to walk about 5 – 10 min to reach the Metro from the Airport terminal, crossing the street outside the building and taking an escalator to the station. Trains are every 30 min. Take the train and get off at Monastiraki station. From there, its a 10 minute walk to the listing.
-Piraeus port 🚢: 35 – 50 min and costs €2 per person (05:00 – 00:30). You ‘ll have to walk from your gate and cross the street via the footbridge to reach the Piraeus Metro station (10 min). Once again get off at Monastiraki. Its only a 10 minute walk from there.

Organized building, cozy apartment
Honestly, this is one of the best experiences I had with Airbnb. From the beginning to the end. The host was here to welcome me, show me the place and give some tips for my trip. The Appartment was really nice and very furnished. I recommend it 1000%
Sokol&Harry are very nice hosts, both were very helpful to me before and during the stay. The location of the house is a 10-minute walk from everywhere. It’s really central and very easily accessible. No matter how bad the street looked, I didn’t have any problems in terms of safety. The house made me feel comfortable as it was a comfortable, warm and beautiful sunny apartment. I was always nervous because I constantly checked a place because of the sensitivity of the hosts to have any stains on the towels and fabrics. But I didn’t have any trouble with that either. Overall everything was very good, I think I would definitely prefer it when I come back to Athens.

Excellent stay in the accommodation! The apartment was spotless and matched the description. The location, in a popular neighborhood, is very practical since one block away there is an avenue with several buses and walking about 2-3 blocks, you can find bars and restaurants area. But beyond everything, what makes a difference is the predisposition and dedication of Sokol and the team, who gives recommendations, responds quickly and looks for a way to help in everything. Highly recommended!
Sokol’s place was very good value. Close enough to the metro and walkable to main parts of Athens. Sokol was very responsive and the property itself wasn’t too bad. Although the property seems like it’s in a sketchy area it was safe to walk at night. Only thing, don’t expect bathroom amenities – there was only a three in one dispenser in the shower. Otherwise a decent place in central Athens.
