18m² apartment on the ground floor in the Kerameikos area featuring one double bed, a fully equipped bathroom, a full kitchen with gas hobs, and a private terrace. There ‘s an HDTV (streaming service accounts not provided) and suitable sleeping space for up to 2 people. Only a short walk from Ermou, Monastiraki & Thissio.
The bathroom has 24h hot water, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel combo, hand soap, 1 bath towel and 1 guest towel per person. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, a microwave, gas hobs and a NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto coffee maker ☕️ (capsules are not provided). Also included will be a starter pack of Greek coffee powder, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil. In the summer months, blankets are not provided. Instead, we provide a sheet covering. This is common practice in Greece during the summer. The flat is equipped with A/C and a thermostat. In the wardrobe you ‘ll find hangers, an iron and a hair dryer. We have tested the WiFi 🛜 to a confirmed speed of up to 9Mbps.

Metro Journeys: 🚇
-Athens Airport: ✈️ 56 – 91 min and €10 per person. You ‘ll have to walk about 5 – 10 min to reach the Metro from the Airport terminal, crossing the street outside the building and taking an escalator to the station. Trains are every 30 min. Take the train and get off at Monastiraki station. From there, its a 10 minute walk to the listing.
-Piraeus port 🚢: 35 – 50 min and costs €2 per person (05:00 – 00:30). You ‘ll have to walk from your gate and cross the street via the footbridge to reach the Piraeus Metro station (10 min). Once again get off at Monastiraki. Its only a 10 minute walk from there.

The location was so good. Best value for the money.
The location of the apartment is very good, just minutes from the city center. The place was clean and organized, just as in the pictures and communication with Sokol was very good, he always responded quickly. Check in and check out were also super simple and efficient. I recommend the place for anyone who wants to stroll through Athens.
Very nice studio with a terrace on the roof of the building with a great view of the acropolis! Very nice accommodation, with private terrace on the ground floor. The apartment is in a very good location 5 minutes from Monastiraki, a superb neighborhood. (Airport and Port direct metro line). Very well equipped, there is no need to buy bottled water as there is a tap that filters the water. Sokol was very welcoming and responsive during our arrival and in the rest of the stay. I recommend it 100%. See you soon

Accommodation is reasonably close to restaurants and a short walk to public transport. Hosts were very helpful during the stay. Don’t miss the view of the acropolis from the common area at the top of the building!
So far I have been in doubt air b b and always the rooms had 2 bottles of water . Some snacks and coffee capsules. It’s nice after you touch from a flight. The lock was malfunctioning when I arrived and it took 45 more minutes for a technician to arrive. The next morning there was a problem with the light, the technician was in the building so came quickly, even again the lock of the door was stuck and I could not open for the technician. In the end it worked out and replaced a key. The response from the service was quick but it’s frustrating that such malfunctions happen. Maybe there should be more emphasis on the maintenance of the structure.

Sokol is a great host. He was very responsive, friendly and attentive and made sure our needs were met. His apartments are as described and a pretty good deal for solo travelers, couples and friends. The location is pretty central and close to many sights and significant spots. It may not be the cleanest neighborhood in Athens, but nonetheless it didn’t feel unsafe and the city center is known to be a bit messy (like in most big cities). The rooftop was another big plus as it offers great views of the Acropolis. All in all, great value for money and would definitely book with Sokol again !
