One-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor in the Kerameikos area featuring one double bed, a fully equipped bathroom, a full kitchen and a lovely balcony. There ‘s an HDTV (streaming service accounts not provided) and suitable sleeping space for up to 2 people. Only a short walk from Ermou, Monastiraki & Thissio.
The bathroom has 24h hot water, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel combo, hand soap, 1 bath towel and 1 guest towel per person. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, a microwave, gas hobs, and a NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules are not provided). Also included will be a starter pack of Greek coffee powder, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil. In the summer months, blankets are not provided. Instead, we provide a sheet covering. This is common practice in Greece during the summer. The flat is equipped with A/C. In the wardrobe you ‘ll find hangers, an iron and a hair dryer.
SPECIAL FEATURES
There ‘s a lovely private balcony with outdoor seating space for 2 people. The kitchen includes a washing machine. The WiFi 🛜 is one of the fastest we have available at a confirmed speed of up to 137Mbps (The network can also be accessed from outside the building)!

Vehicles fit 4 passengers. Let us know if you ‘d like us to arrange a taxi for you. We work with local drivers. Airport pickups require a flight number. *If you don’t end up booking a taxi through us but arrange it on your own, make sure they don’t charge you more than the quoted amounts, and don’t pay them any mind if they speak negatively about our listings or the area. Some taxi drivers work with competitors 🙂
Metro Journeys: 🚇
-Athens Airport: ✈️ 56 – 91 min and €10 per person. You ‘ll have to walk about 5 – 10 min to reach the Metro from the Airport terminal, crossing the street outside the building and taking an escalator to the station. Trains are every 30 min. Take the train and get off at Monastiraki station. From there, its a 10 minute walk to the listing.
-Piraeus port 🚢: 35 – 50 min and costs €2 per person (05:00 – 00:30). You ‘ll have to walk from your gate and cross the street via the footbridge to reach the Piraeus Metro station (10 min). Once again get off at Monastiraki. Its only a 10 minute walk from there.

Nice apartment close to the city centre. Close walking distance to all attractions. Instructions are detailed and easy to understand. The wifi was fast. Would definitely recommend this place.
The place is neat and was perfect for a 3-weeks stay where I could do some remote work and explore the city without being amidst the hassle of a touristic corner in the city. Great hosts, kind, helpful and pro-active. Would definitely book it again or recommend it for someone who wants to explore Athens outside the mainstream.

The appartment was amazing! It was perfect for two persons and clean. We enjoyed it a lot. It was a bit noisy, as you can hear cars. Besides that i would recommend it!
Had a very nice stay in Athens! Communication very clear, clean apartment and good location. 5 minutes walk from the cozy Psiri, but also around the corner a nice square with restaurants.
Well located accommodation, a 10-minute walk from Monastiraki Square and the metro, making it a strategic location. The neighborhood is rather quiet in the evening. The property has all the necessary amenities, except for one oven. Sokol and Harry are very responsive and always available. Very good experience overall, my only complaint concerns the rules that I find a little strict (€50 penalty in case of misuse of towels).

Many thanks to Sokol and his team. After our first place was a disaster and we chose Sokol’s place, our vacation started. The apartment is on a quiet side street near the trendy Plaka district. Everything was within walking distance and unbeatable for the price! Many thanks also to Sajmir for his great service to take us from the previous accommodation in Sokols as well as drive us to the airport. Also for trips to the harbor etc we could have let Sajmir know. Thank you!
