Beautiful place located in Attica. Close to the beach, some local restaurants nearby and bus if you want to go to other beaches or to the Athens city centre (switch to metro in Elliniko). We went there in early April and it was quite tranquil and peaceful. Would recommend if you want to be close to the beach and spend one or two days in the city centre. Sokol and his co-hosts also always respond fast to messages.
I highly recommend Sokol as a landlord. He was always easily accessible, inquired regularly. The apartment is very nice and quiet, a very relaxing stay, even though Athens is still easy to reach from there.
To be honest, the house and the location was even better than I expected, the house was spotless, very bright and in a very good spot. Within a radius of 200 meters it has a supermarket,pharmacy and food shops, very nice beach and with shops 5 minutes walk from the house. Great, I would highly recommend it and would definitely prefer it again in the future.
The room is in a private cabin.Available for several renters separately.Parking is convenient.I parked outside the gate.The room is quite clean.Easy to check in.Remember to turn off the AC and water heaters when you leave.House location Beautiful coastline when driving south.

The host was always responsive, I never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a reply. The unit was in a nice area and was nice and quiet. I would definitely and probably will, stay again.
This is an old house in a neighborhood of renovated and new private houses. The house includes 2 apartments, one adjacent to the other. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the main road and the beach. We liked the area less. The house itself is old but cozy with a balcony facing a natural courtyard. The owner is very nice and instructions are clear.
I definitely recommend this place and friendly hosts.
nice clean house as seen in photoes. bathroom has minor issues for ex. the faucet is too high. it would be better if you could park your car inside the courtyard.
