Spectacular 103m² apartment on the 4th floor in the Psyri area featuring 4 bedrooms (1 UK Super King, 1 UK King and 2 doubles – 6.5m² each), one full-size bathroom, a full kitchen and a balcony with a lovely view of the square (and an Acropolis view from the balcony of the 2 larger bedrooms). There ‘s one HDTV in the living room (streaming service accounts not provided) and suitable sleeping space for up to 8 people. Only a short walk from Ermou, Monastiraki & Thissio.
The bathroom includes a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel combo, hand soap, 1 bath towel and 1 guest towel per person. The kitchen includes an American style fridge/freezer, a built-in microwave, stainless steel oven, gas hobs and a NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules are not provided). Also included will be a starter pack of Greek coffee powder, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil. In the summer months, blankets are not provided. Instead, we provide a sheet covering. This is common practice in Greece during the summer. The flat is equipped with A/C and a thermostat. In the wardrobe you ‘ll find hangers, an iron and a hair dryer. We have tested the WiFi 🛜 to a confirmed speed of up to 274Mbps.
SPECIAL FEATURES
The listing includes a washing machine, a dishwasher and an oven. There are two lovely balconies with outdoor dining space for up to 6 people. In the UK King bedroom you will also find a toddler bed. This is one of very few properties with an American style fridge/freezer.

Metro Journeys: 🚇
-Athens Airport: ✈️ 56 – 91 min and €10 per person. You ‘ll have to walk about 5 – 10 min to reach the Metro from the Airport terminal, crossing the street outside the building and taking an escalator to the station. Trains are every 30 min. Take the train and get off at Monastiraki station. From there, its a 10 minute walk to the listing.
-Piraeus port 🚢: 35 – 50 min and costs €2 per person (05:00 – 00:30). You ‘ll have to walk from your gate and cross the street via the footbridge to reach the Piraeus Metro station (10 min). Once again get off at Monastiraki. Its only a 10 minute walk from there.

A family of four adults stayed at this listing for six days in October. We loved that there was a lot of space for our needs, each adult had its own bedroom was large comfortable beds. two bedrooms had access to a balcony, and there was additional balcony from the living/ dining room. The apartment is conveniently located within an easy walking distance to monasteraki square and a Subway station. There were coffee shops, little neighborhood markets, bakeries within a walking distance as well. The listing PROVIDED plenty of towels, good quality beddings, cooking oil, sugar, salt and coffee to make a wonderful Greek coffee for authentic experience. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, checked in on us throughout the state to ensure everything was up to expectations and were very helpful with local recommendations and suggestions, and very helpful and arranging transfers to and from the airport. they want happily stay at this listing again and recommend it to friends and family.
Lovely stay, large spacious apartment. Very good location.
The flat is very big – a spacious living room and 4 bedrooms. Two of them are small (fit tightly a twin bed and a closet) and the other two are very spacious. A bathroom with shower and two toilets (within the same room) and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was super clean including an abundance of towels. AC in every room, which is crucial. Location was amazing, a minute’s walk from the tavernas and restaurants of Psiri, less than 10 minutes to Monestriaki. The downside is that sometimes there was a bit of noise from the street. but the double glazed windows allowed us to sleep peacefully through the night (super important when traveling with kids!). The hosts were super responsive to our every question and were very flexible (allowed late check out). We highly enjoyed our stay.
