One-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor in the Kerameikos area featuring one double bedroom (and 1 double sofa-bed in the living room), a fully equipped bathroom (including washing machine), and a full kitchen. There are a total of 2 HDTVs (streaming service accounts not provided). There is suitable sleeping space for up to 4 people. Only a short walk from Ermou, Monastiraki & Thissio.
The bathroom has a hot water boiler, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel combo, hand soap, 1 bath towel and 1 guest towel per person. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, a microwave, gas hobs, and a NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules are not provided). Also included will be a starter pack of Greek coffee powder, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil. In the summer months, blankets are not provided. Instead, we provide a sheet covering. This is common practice in Greece during the summer. The flat is equipped with A/C. In the wardrobe you ‘ll find hangers, an iron and a hair dryer. We have tested the WiFi 🛜 to a confirmed speed of up to 32Mbps.

The bathroom includes a washing machine. Take the lift to the top floor to experience our spectacular communal rooftop terrace where you can gaze at an all-embracing Acropolis, Mount Lycabettus and the rest of Athens below!

Airport pickups require a flight number. *If you don’t end up booking a taxi through us but arrange it on your own, make sure they don’t charge you more than the quoted amounts, and don’t pay them any mind if they speak negatively about our listings or the area. Some taxi drivers work with competitors 🙂
Metro Journeys: 🚇
-Athens Airport: ✈️ 56 – 91 min and €10 per person. You ‘ll have to walk about 5 – 10 min to reach the Metro from the Airport terminal, crossing the street outside the building and taking an escalator to the station. Trains are every 30 min. Take the train and get off at Monastiraki station. From there, its a 10 minute walk to the listing.
-Piraeus port 🚢: 35 – 50 min and costs €2 per person (05:00 – 00:30). You ‘ll have to walk from your gate and cross the street via the footbridge to reach the Piraeus Metro station (10 min). Once again get off at Monastiraki. Its only a 10 minute walk from there.

The house is in the center of Athens, easy to go everywhere
The instructions we were given were very clear and detailed! The room was extremely welcoming, warm, and spotless! The neighborhood is very close to the center , very quiet, and everything is accessible on foot. Plaka , Monastiraki and the acropolis, all accessible with minimal walking. Thank you very much:)
I had a great stay! The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It’s walking distance to Psyri and Monastriraki areas where you can find attractions, restaurants and nightlife. Sokol and his team are very responsive and helpful. They graciously booked a taxi for me for a very early airport departure. I would stay here next time I’m in Athens!

Host was always on the ball and very proactive too. Location is convenient to access the heart and soul of Athens. View of the Acropolis from the balcony and rooftop terrace. Appreciated the host also helping to arrange transfers to port/airport etc.
We were in Athens in early June. Finding the location and check-in was easy as the hosts provided a detailed guide as well as local recommendations. They were very responsive and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described and within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. I also had to wash clothes as I had children and they came quickly to help me with the washing machine. I also used the luggage storage and taxi service provided and it was fantastic.
Clean and convenient home. The terrace is nice with a great 360-degree view of Athens.
Both hosts were very kind, and helpful. I needed a place to store my luggage after checkout, before heading to my new accommodation. They offered me luggage storage for just 2euro until I could check in to my new place. I also accidentally broke the curtain string on one window, and they were very kinda and responsive to send a repair man at no extra charge. 10/10 would stay again!
