Studio apartment on the 1st floor in the Kerameikos area featuring one King-size bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom. There ‘s an HDTV (streaming service accounts not provided) and suitable sleeping space for up to 2 people. Only a short walk from Ermou, Monastiraki & Thissio.
The bathroom has 24h hot water, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel combo, hand soap, 1 bath towel and 1 guest towel per person. There is a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a Nespresso® Original coffee maker (capsules are not provided). You will find Greek coffee powder, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil in the communal kitchen on the rooftop. In the summer months, blankets are not provided. Instead, we provide a sheet covering. This is common practice in Greece during the summer. The flat is equipped with A/C. In the wardrobe you ‘ll find hangers, an iron and a hair dryer. We have tested the WiFi 🛜 to a confirmed speed of up to 200Mbps.

Our gorgeous listing has been created using traditional design cues from the eponymous island. On the ground floor of the building you ‘ll find a shared washing machine (€5 per use). The dryer is free. On the top floor you can experience our lovely communal terrace, including a fully equipped kitchen 🍳!

Airport pickups require a flight number. *If you don’t end up booking a taxi through us but arrange it on your own, make sure they don’t charge you more than the quoted amounts, and don’t pay them any mind if they speak negatively about our listings or the area. Some taxi drivers work with competitors 🙂
Metro Journeys: 🚇
-Athens Airport: ✈️ 56 – 91 min and €10 per person. You ‘ll have to walk about 5 – 10 min to reach the Metro from the Airport terminal, crossing the street outside the building and taking an escalator to the station. Trains are every 30 min. Take the train and get off at Monastiraki station. From there, its a 10 minute walk to the listing.
-Piraeus port 🚢: 35 – 50 min and costs €2 per person (05:00 – 00:30). You ‘ll have to walk from your gate and cross the street via the footbridge to reach the Piraeus Metro station (10 min). Once again get off at Monastiraki. Its only a 10 minute walk from there.

The room was excellent and clean, while the location was very convenient, as it was close to all the necessary spots. The only thing I would like to have extra is the provision of cutlery and extra cleaning materials in the room.

Great stay to visit Athens! Impeccable room and bath, perfect location to reach historic places while being in a neighborhood where new restaurants open, away from tourists.
Extremely responsive host. Clean room. Very helpful booking taxis to and from the airport for us (we took a one day trip to Santorini so they booked us a total of 4 taxis). Walking distance to Acropolis and main strip of Monastiraki. Would consider staying again if I ever find myself back in Athens.
The communication with the hosts is really easy and they are available really quickly. The room was clean with a big TV, the shower is really big and fun. This is a not upscale neighborhood but not dangerous to walk around at night, there are bars and restaurants and really close to the city center. Thank you so much! 🙂
Very responsive hosts very clean and easy to access. The only downside is that it is not really an entire apartment but a room and the sound insulation is not good we hear the tenants of the other rooms and the street. The front door is not isolated from the hallway at all. Otherwise convenient accommodation and well located for a few nights to visit Athens.
I stayed 2 nights in the room “Paros”. It was very clean and tidy, 10 minute walk to Monastiraki. The hosts were very friendly, quick to respond and sent me a lot of information about the area. I recommend it 🙂
